- Half fare for children between 5 and 12 years - 10% Surcharge shall be levied on departures during Christmas / New Year. - Service Tax @ 3.09% shall be levied on the prevalent tariff of The Golden Chariot as per Govt. of India norms Above Tariff is Subject to change without notice.

Important :

• Children below 05 years are complimentary without bed
• Children below 12 years will be charged 50% of Adult rate
• Indian Nationals can pay in equivalent Rupees
• Rate of Exchange as per policy fixed by Karnataka Tourism.
• Karnataka Tourism reserves the right to change Rates,at short notice.
• Cabins(Sleeping Chambers) on the Train are allotted for private use,as in Hotels.

Golden Chariot Train Tour Cost Includes :
Accommodation in Air Conditioned Train Cabins with proper beds & attached washroom having Shower Cubicle; Travel, Daily Three Meals; Excursion & Sightseeing by A/C coaches with services of English Speaking Guide; Entrance fees at monuments & wildlife park; Bottled drinking water.

Golden Chariot Train Tour Cost Excludes (Not Included) :
Consumption of alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages; Video Camera fees at monuments & wildlife parks; laundry; tour insurance; use of business centre & spa facility; porterage; tips; gratuity & all other expenses of personal nature.

Golden Chariot Booking Procedure :

• Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of minimum 20% Advance Deposit,with names & nationality of passengers.
• The Balance/Full Tour Amount must reach us atleast 45 days before departure date,with all the Passengers travelling Passport Details(viz. Name/Nationality/Passport Number/Place of Issue/Date of Issue)
• Booking requests received within 45 days of departure date will only be confirmed against Full 100% advance payment.

Payment Options :

1. Pay Online by Credit Card Authorization.(we prefer VISA & MASTERCARD).
   OR
2. Bank Wire Transfer,under intimation.
   OR
3. Residents of India can deposit payment directly in nearest branch of ICICI OR UTI Bank.

Golden Chariot Cancellation Rules :

1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
2. MINIMUM 5% of Total Tour Cost will be charged as Cancellation Fee,if written request received at any period prior to 61 days of departure date.
3. MINIMUM 20% of Total Tour Cost will be charged as Cancellation Fee,if written request received between 31 to 60 days prior to departure date.
4. MINIMUM 50% of Total Tour Cost will be charged,as Cancellation Fee if written request received between 16 to 30 days prior to departure date.
5. FULL 100% of Total Tour Cost will be charged as Cancellation Fee,if written request received less than 16 days prior to departure date.
6. We reserve the right to forfeit your advance deposit if full payment is not received before 45 days of departure date.

Important - Please Be Informed :

1. We act as the Booking Agent of Golden Chariot Train & have no liability as the principal.
2. Disputes, if any,are subject to jurisdiction of New Delhi Courts(India) only.
3. At present,there is no concept of Tour Insurance in India.
